Alnmouth Estuary

Once again everyones looking forward to the Alnmouth Raft Race.
The race will be on August 21st starting at–1.30pm– for juniors and — 2.30pm– for adults

As in previous years, the popular fancy dress charity event which takes place in the Aln estuary. this year we will raising funds for the RNLI/Amble lifeboats and the Air Ambulance.

Rules

The rules of the competition state that all rafts must be original craft, being sailed for the first time, and built by the entrants themselves. Rafts built by professional boat builders will not be allowed, and all craft must be manually propelled.
Entry fees are Adult teams £15 and Juniors £5.
